We're drawing closer to the launch of the LRDG Support Form in the first week of July! As promised, we've prepared a comprehensive step-by-step guide to assist you in this transition. You'll find it attached to this email.

Support Form:

• Two Ways to Submit: You will be able to access the support form in two different ways: Through the LRDG portal or via a link, which you will receive once it is launched!
• Structured Queries: Instead of sending an email, you'll fill out a brief form that captures all essential details, ensuring we have everything we need to assist you.
• Trackable: Every form submission becomes a "ticket". You'll be updated regularly until your concern is fully resolved.

With the introduction of the LRDG Support Form, our aim is to have a more efficient and streamlined method of handling your queries. We believe that the new system will provide a better experience for all everyone.
