Introducing LRDG Support Form for Enhanced Communication and Support (OL Coordinators)

We are excited to announce a significant update designed to make your experience with us even more seamless— our transition to LRDG support form as our primary support platform. Mark your calendars, as this exciting change is expected to go live in July 2024.  

What is the LRDG Support Form?  

The LRDG support form streamlines customer support by centralizing the management and resolution of inquiries. Official Language Coordinators can submit queries via a web form, which will then organized and assigned to agents for resolution. Features include query tracking, knowledge base integration, and reporting tools for efficient support delivery.  

Why are we making this change?  

Our decision to implement the LRDG support form is in line with our ongoing commitment to enhance your experience with LRDG. The benefits include:  

• Streamlined Requests: Forget the hassle of remembering specific email addresses for different queries. Simply fill out a form, and your request will be automatically directed to the appropriate department.
• Integrated Resources: The support form is integrated with our Learning Resource Guide, enabling quicker and more precise responses to your inquiries.
• Reliable Tracking: With enhanced tracking capabilities, your submissions will never get lost—ensuring timely and efficient handling of your requests.

What will change for you? 

• Use of support form for inquiries rather than email, while keeping your same support team. For example:
  • Register new learners to the program.
  • Questions related to our contract.
  • Clarifications on an invoice received.
  • Questions regarding a learner’s or group’s training or evaluation
  • Help with using the LRDG portal and modules.
  • Provide feedback for your experience with LRDG
  • Questions related to LRDG official testing / competency test for candidates
