As you may already know, we introduced the LRDG Support Form several months ago, and we’ve been using it to handle support requests. We are now preparing for the final step in this transition.
On March 10, 2025, we will fully transition to using the support form for all everyday support inquiries.
After this date, we will no longer actively monitor email for support requests. All support inquiries will need to be submitted through the LRDG Support Form.
