How do I get an activity to be marked as "completed"?

For an activity to be marked as “completed,” you will need an overall score of 90% or higher. The module allows a second attempt on a question that has not been answered correctly the first time. However, please note that a correct answer on the second attempt will result in a slightly lower (overall) score as opposed to a correct answer in the first attempt.
