How does the tutor contact me for the tutoring sessions?

Once you have received your welcome email or program overview, you will find all the essential information to get started: your tutor’s contact details, your schedule, and your course plan.

Your tutor will then reach out by email to introduce themselves and will schedule your first tutoring session directly in the portal. Each session will automatically include a Microsoft Teams link. If you prefer to join by phone, you can also dial in using the information provided in the Teams invitation.
