How to Use the LRDG Support Form Efficiently

We have made several improvements to the support form to enhance usability and overall user experience. Please find below a helpful tip to complete the support form more efficiently.

💡 Here’s what to do:

1. Log in to your LRDG portal.
2. Click on the Help section.
3. Then click Submit a Request at the top of the page.

Once completed while logged in, the system will retain your information—eliminating the need to re-enter your email or select your user type in future submissions. You’ll also gain access to features such as adding a CC, making the process as seamless as sending a regular email.
